The property is located on a plot of land with total surface area of 2.189 m² and currently comprises of a commercial building with 3 floors of retail areas and store rooms with total buildable area of 6.955 m².

The mixed-use proposed development consists of retail space of about 2000sqm and a boutique hotel that consists of 110 rooms and 8 luxurious serviced apartments (4 penthouses and 4 lofts), as well as, a panoramic rooftop lounge bar and swimming pool overlooking Limassol’s historic city centre. The group, following a successful planning application which was granted within 8 months, constructed and delivered the retail space that is currently fully operated by H&M. The hospitality element of this exciting project is currently under review and a revised planning application has been launched, aiming to extend the permittable development size.
