In October 2019, The Prosperity Group acquired a prime plot of land on one of Limassol’s most prominent shopping streets. Following a successful planning application, the Group was granted a permit to develop a modern, Glass A office building spanning 6 floors.
Completed in July 2024, the building offers 17,500 sqft of premium office space, complemented by 1,750 sqft of high-visibility retail and commercial space at ground level. To meet the demands of tenants and visitors, the development includes 19 underground parking spaces.
