Mr Antonis Hadjidemosthenous holds a Bachelor’s degree (BEng) in Civil Engineering and has 25 years of experience in the construction industry in Cyprus and overseas. During his career he has been involved in both Construction site organisation as well as Project Management procedures from conception to completion of mixed used Development Projects. Following his studies of Civil Engineering at University of Surrey he began his career as a
site engineer with J&P (O) Ltd in Libya and was responsible for supervising a Gas/Oil separation plant project for Repsol Oil Company.
The mixed used development project is located in Awbari Libya and includes residential & Industrial buildings with an area of more than 300.000 sq.m Infrastructure works including new road construction of more than 10,000 r.m in length, as well as, large green areas and other amenities. During his long career as a project manager with Leptos Group Developers, he was managing from start to finish the “Kissonerga Beach Villas” and “Belvedere Villas” projects in Paphos, with more than 35 luxury villas in separated plots adjacent to the sea. The total construction cost of the projects was 32m euros.
During 2000 to 2010 he was the Project Manager responsible for the complete planning and construction of more than 70 super luxurious villas, with bespoke design for every individual customer, in the famous “Leptos Kamares Village” in Tala village Paphos. A project with total budget of Euros 85m which was completed on time.
He joined The Prosperity Group as Construction Project Manager in June 2017.
