Company Description:

An innovative, start-up watercraft company in Limassol is seeking to recruit an energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive high caliber professional for the position of Sales Executive.

 

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible to optimize sales of the new Aerojet Boat in Cyprus and abroad. He/She will be working closely with our marketing team to ensure that the unique experience offered by Aerojet is clearly communicated and understood by potential clients.

 

More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities, assessing levels of interest, and converting prospective clients into sales
  • Prepare a data base of clients dealing with several aspects where Aerojet can be used (Yachting, Marinas, Life Guards, Boat Taxi, Water Sports, Leisure etc.)
  • Travelling within Cyprus and abroad to promote Aerojet, to explore business opportunities and for meeting potential customers
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Conducting regular market research to identify potential opportunities for the business to work on benchmark product offerings and pricing
  • Attending relevant functions, boat shows and exhibitions, as well as, networking with key stakeholder as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development and/or Commercial role within related   industries
  • Proven track of records in terms of business growth and achievements
  • University/college degree in Business Management, Marketing, or relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a key Sales Position and ideally within the Yachting Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek languages
  • Computer literate (MS Office application)
  • Knowledge and administration of social media platforms and/or a role within a company as a marketeer will be considered an advantage

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Social Media, Sales & Marketing Officer, you’ll be the voice and vibe of Limassol Agora online and on the ground. Your days will be a mix of creating content, engaging with our community, supporting our events, and making sure the Agora always looks amazing on screen.

You’ll:

  • Create and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Drive Sales and Events within Agora – external partners
  • Work closely with our graphic designer to plan monthly visuals
  • Take and edit videos, write captions, and share stories that reflect the Agora’s energy
  • Be present at events, capture the fun, and help with promotion
  • Keep our website and newsletters updated with fresh news and event info
  • Connect with vendors, customers, and partners to keep the community vibe strong
  • Track social media performance and stay on top of trends
  • Coordinate basic ad campaigns and help bring more eyes to the Agora

 

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 year of industry experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of WIX or a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and basic analytics tools
  • Availability to attend and support events during evenings and weekends
  • Ability to capture high-quality content using a mobile device
