In 2002 and while investing in “buy to let” accommodation the company was appointed as one of the subcontractors to assist with the complete refurbishment of a 108 rooms hotel on Baker street in central London known at the time as The Sherlock Holmes Hotel.
The company was responsible for the complete interior fit out of the hotel which included the interior demolition of the old hotel, renewal of all electrical & plumbing works, as well as, internal carpentry and decoration of the new Hotel.
he total project cost was circa GBP £16m and was completed within 2,5 years.
